Exchange/Return Policy
Bonerattle Music has a 14 day return/exchange policy, providing that the item is in the same condition as when purchased and includes all original packaging. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that all Harmonicas, Flutes or similar such instruments are Final Sale, for hygienic reasons.

Layaway
Our layaway policy requires a 20% deposit, which is based on the value of the item you wish to purchase.
Instalment payments may be made and the item can be picked up once it has been paid in full.

Consignment
We sell select instruments on consignment for a 20% fee.
We also buy used instruments and accept trade-ins. One of our guitar technicians can appraise your item or buy it from you directly.

We are proud to consign local artists' CD's and merchandise, and we are always happy to help promote upcoming shows. Feel free to drop-off posters or flyers anytime. 

Location:
Bonerattle Music is conveniently located on Commercial Drive at East 4th Avenue. This is easily accessible by car or via public transportation.

If you are visiting us by car, please note that we do have 1 free parking space for customers, located behind the shop. The alley is accessible from 4th Avenue.

If you are traveling via bus or Skytrain, we are only 5 blocks north of Commercial-Broadway Station, which is a transportation hub for the both the Expo Line and Millennium Line, as well as the 99 B-Line and #9 bus routes. Also, the #20 bus travels up and down Commercial Drive and makes several stops that are near our location.
